Placing Your Order
Our web site is always available (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for you to place your order. If you have questions, we are available by phone or e-mail Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Our site has five custom products (Baby Announcements, Wedding Announcements, Holiday Photo Cards, Haute Mama Cards and Spoil Me Right Cards) that are accessible through the navigation buttons on top of each page. Just click on the design that you like. It will bring out a short and easy page for your personalization. Once you submit the information the site will take you to a shopping cart where you can review and revise your orders. From there your just a click away from placing your order.

When we receive your order, our designers will start creating your card. The first proof of your card will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days. Once the proof is approved, your cards will be printed and shipped within 2 business days-most times much faster.

Checking Your Order Status
If you have placed an order with Snap Couture, you can check the current status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page and signing into your account page. Find your order number under My Recent Orders to check the status and track shipping of your order.

Payment Methods
Snap Couture accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments via the web. All orders taken online using credit cards are encrypted and highly secure. We use the highest quality encryption and authentication of all customer sensitive data, including credit card numbers. Please email us at orders@snapcouture.com, if you have any questions.

Shipping
Snap Couture offers several options for delivery within the US. Our flat rate shipping prices are as follows:

  • UPS Ground: $7.00
  • UPS 3 Day Select: $12.00
  • UPS 2 Day: $18.00
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: $30.00

For Hawaii and Alaska customers, please select 2-Day or Next Day Air only. Please check this map to see which shipping service you should choose to receive your cards in your desired amount of time.

Sales Tax
Our fulfillment center is located in the state of California. We are required by law to collect sales tax of 8.75% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of California are exempt from sales tax.

Returns
We are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input mistakes (e.g., typos, layout).

In the case of a Snap Couture error, please accept our sincere apologies and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
